Patient’s fighting for survival, critical care doctors, indigenous tribes, pioneering explorers, expert scientists and the film crew immerse themselves in the science of extremes. A journey to discover the limits of human life and how this relates to our health, the lives we choose to lead and our chances of surviving severe illness.
